Societies offer an opportunity to get together with a group of like minded individuals who share an interest or hobby. You could help to shape and develop the society through various committee positions, which, not only ensures the longevity of the society, but also looks good on your C.V. We currently have 32 societies, which include the Afro-Caribbean Society (ACS), Taekwondo Society, Tea Society and more! By starting a society, you could receive funding for trips, equipment, merchandise and the resources you need to help make your society a success. We are looking for a group of 10 students to start an International Society. If you are interested in this opportunity, please email tansy.ratcliffe-james@bucks.ac.uk.
A range of Recreational Activities designed to cater for our diverse membership

A campaign to offer additional English Language support for international students led by our president Ash Coles
We know that irrespective of how good your English language skills are it can still be hard to understand all of the technical language used in an academic class. With this in mind our President, Ash Coles, has been working with the institution to try and get them to invest additional, dedicated, resources in the Learning Development Unit so that international students can get accessible support for developing their language skills.
